Performance bond:2% to be submitted by seller for all destinations.
Payment: Dlc, ffrdlc, dcl or bg transferable, confirmed, revolving, divisible and payable 100% at sight against the presentation of the agreed documents. Letter of credit in favor of the seller, issued, confirmed and guaranteed by a top world prime bank acceptable to seller
Quantity: Min 12,500 mt [minimum twelve thousand and five hundred metric tons] (+/-5%).
Inspection: By sgs or equivalent at port of loading at seller s cost. For quality, quantity, weight, &analysis report at seller s cost at port of loading.
Discharge: All costs at port of discharge for account of the buyer.
